Mysterious Explosion on the Sun almost crippled NASA's SOHO Spacecraft

On March 9, 2021 the LASCO C2 satellite recorded an enormous explosion on the Sun. Seconds before the explosion an unknown reddish triangular object appears from behind the black occulting disc near the area where the blast occurred.

What follows is an enormous explosion that almost crippled the satellite. 

A few seconds after the explosion, the triangular object has turned from reddish to white and although it may just be a glitch, it remains very strange and does not explain the massive explosion on the sun 

If we compare the blast to a solar flare, then we know it was not a normal solar eruption, so what caused this outburst, did something hit the Sun?
